Why did my Adobe CS6 Master Collection serial number expire

I have a copy of Adobe CS6 Master Collection which I purchased through my work in Sept 2012. Everything was fine until this past week when I got a message that said my serial number had expired and I was now on a 30 trial. Does anyone know why this happened and what I should do?\Thanks
