Why did my trial end early?

Trials are seven days long.

When a trial starts depends on whether or not you provided payment details when you signed up:

Provided your payment details? The trial period starts when you click the Start free trial button after entering your payment details.

Not asked to provide payment details? The trial period starts when the app is launched for the first time.

Rarely, a trial expires early due to changes to your system, such as:

• Changing the system clock
• Modifying the executable file
• Attaching a debugger
• Automated virus scans

While we can't extend a trial, if your trial ended early, contact us. (When the page opens, click the chat link in the bottom right.)
