why do adobe lags and crashes alot as compare to resolve and other editing softwares?

Crashes are not normal. This sounds like a memory or graphics issue.

Depending on what you do, you might need a better graphics card, more memory & bigger scratch disk.

Did you check to ensure that your device exceeds the minimum system requirements?  If it doesn’t, you won’t have a good experience.
