Why do I have to fix your software?

I have been having problems since the last upgrade. CC keeps logging me out, then asking me to sign back in to use the apps that I pay for. Now the CC icon is missing from the menu bar. The new Indesign has been crashing far more than the last version. Photoshop and Illustrator are excruciatingly slow, especially when pasting anything across apps. It always wants to use libraries, which I don't use. (That should definitely not be the default.)

I didn't see anything about updating the CC app but that's what your support pages say to do. It says to log out, uninstall CC app, then reinstall. Why should I be bothered? You guys seem to have back door access to my mac. Why can't you fix these problems without me having to take time out of my busy day to fix your buggy software? You have my money. Make it right.

I'm very busy. I just want the stuff I paid for to work properly. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way.

these are user-to-user forums.  if you want to report a bug, Feature Request/Bug Report Form

if you want to contact adobe (though whoever you contact won't be able to 'fix' any software), using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

and if you want (user-to-user) help with specific programs, post in those program forums.
