Why do I have to keep reinstalling my software?

Every time I don't use the software for a while, it tells me that the trial is over and I must purchase the software. I did purchase the software and was never on a trial. Why does this keep happening? How many times do I need to reinstall my purchase? Also, I don't remember how I got it back on line again last time and your website is useless.
