Why do I have to repeat my question here

Hi Mylenium,

Thanks for getting back to me and great to hear from someone at last. 

Recently purchased Lightroom 4 and Photoshop CS6 Extended (educational 

versions) online and (after waiting for verification) this morning 

received an email with downloading instructions. Tried to follow the 

instructions carefully but it`s not working. I pasted the email below 

for you to see.

Have been trying to download/install Lightroom 4 on my Macbook Pro for 

hours!  Nothing happens when I click on the Lightroom 4 pkg.

Download Instructions:

1. Login into Your Account with the ID listed above:

2. Locate order #AD001409465EDU and click on the order number.

3. In the Order Detail page, click on the 'Downloads for this Order' 

button.

4. Start your download by clicking on the 'Download' button.

5. Your serial number will be displayed in the download center.

6. You can log back into 'Your Account' in the future to re-download 

your product or retrieve your serial number. Please refer to the 

download policy for terms and conditions.
