why do I have two lightrooms

I have two LR installed on my computer. I guess I had LR5 before I joined the CC nation but tried out the trial version of it. The trial version upgraded my LR5 with the latest items like HDR, pano, and dehazing. Then I decided to join the CC permanently but now I have two LR's. One of the LR's has the new edit features but the other LR has the ability to link to my mobile devices. How can I use One LR for all practical purposes? Do I delete them both and re-install the latest Ap version?

Lightroom CC includes all versions of Lightroom 5.

Please refer: http://www.adobe.com/sea/products/photoshop-lightroom/versions.html

So you can uninstall Lightroom 5.

Hi...I have not done this yet. I guess it will be best to save any photos that I have worked on ... will I need to re-link / sync my phone app ... uninstall and reinstall LR on my phone too?
