WHY DO I KEEP GETTING A YOU ARE SIGNED OUT MESSAGE EVERYTIME I TRY TO SIGN IN CC?

EVERY TIME I TRY TO SIGN IN TO CC I GET A YOU HAVE BEEN SIGNED OUT MESSAGE AND TOLD TO SIGN IN AGAIN.  I HAVE TRIED THE IMSLibReplacer.exe,  I have tried to uninstall and reinstall nothing.

    Thanks for the quick reply.  I am on a managed domain network using Windows 7 Ultimate.  But I think I have everything working now.  I went in and deleted the opm.db and now all seems well.

    Cmdngt are you on a managed network?  Which operating system are you using?
