Why do I keep getting cancellation emails????

Hi there everyone!

This has been bugging me for a couple months now and I have no idea what's happening.

I clearly cancelled my adobe plan because right now I don't have a need for it.

But I keep getting these super annoying emails telling me that if I don't pay then my subscription will be cancelled? But I dont have one anymore, so is this a error on their part?

also when I cancelled my student plan they gave me a full charge instead the following month even though i had cancelled.

That charge actually went through my fathers paypal because he had linked it to the account while I was in school in case.

Anyone have any any suggestions and or fixes for all of this?

Ive tried to get into contact with adobe with no luck so far. Just more annoying emails...

Thanks for the future help all readers~

i did want to mention that my house phone is now getting called by an automated adobe number that is reminding me to update my info so that I can pay.

is that also related to this?
