why do io need to install the creative cloud? i thought it was a cloud system and that I would just log in to the cloud?

I have just payed for creative cloud and am surprised that I have to install everything. i have joined up for cloud because I thought I would just be working on the ''cloud'' and not have to install everything on my computer. it is taking all day and some things are not wanting to install.....

In order to install Creative Cloud subscription application , you need to install Adobe Creative Cloud application which is an Application Manager using which you can select App like Photoshop , Illustrator , InDesign ..etc as per your choice , no need to install all.
