Why does Adobe Creative Cloud products have zero screen reader support?

I have a visual impairment and I want to use InDesign and Photoshop on Creative Cloud, but it doesn’t work with VoiceOver on the Mac. Why is there no screen reader support for Adobe programs? it is disgraceful with how poor Adobe accessibility is.
