Why does Adobe make it so hard to raise an Official Complaint??

Amy trying to find an email address somewhere on the site to put my complaint into writing about the service and yet cannot find any way to contact Adobe other than through the chat service which is part of the complaint!

Why hide?

Really should be transparent on the website about how to make a complaint.  

Dont want to have to air my complaint on a forum as thats not the correct way to do things.

It's easy to complain to any company. Write a letter and send it to their head office, Complaints Department or to the CEO.
