Why does an error occur everytime I try to download and installation of apps?

A message pops upp everytime I try to download an app saying: The downloaded files appears to be damaged. Click cancel, wait a few minutes and try again. I've tried doing as the messages says a cupple times, it's not working.

Something is wrong with your network setup or on your system, but since you have not provided any system information, nobody can tel lyou anything.

I have windows 7 and I managed to dowload the Adobe Application Manager, but I can't download the app I want from it.
What more would someone need to know to be able to help me?
