why does cc keeps signing me off

trying to download adobe but it keeps signing me off. adobe help blamed my internet provider, my internet provider blamed my router, i have replaced my router and i still cant sign in.

please help

Welcome to Adobe Forum,

So try these steps:

1) Sign out of the Creative Cloud app

2) delete the opm.db file*

3) update to the latest version of the Creative Cloud app.

*On Windows 7, the opm.db file is located here:

C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE


*On a Mac, go here:

[Userdir]:Library:Application Support:Adobe

Thanks for the help.

I have contacted adobe and all I can say is what a nightmare.

Since they were unable to help me beyond blaming my Internet provider. I

decided to return the item, and now they are telling me that I can't return

anything because I haven't purchased anything (what a scam). The only thing

that they got right was charging me for the cc upgrade.
