why does creative cloud desktop fail to install?

I might have deleted a file that allows me to open the adobe updater.

I have tried to download adobe updater and creative cloud för deskdop without any luck....

When trying to install creative cloud again noting happens. No error code, no nothing. It looks like its been dwloaded, but it has´nt..

What can I do?

uninstall everything cc on your computer

clean per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

use the desktop app to install your programs and updates.

Unfortunatly I seem to have deleted the "uninstall creative cloud"-file, wich make it impossible for me to open it and follow your instructions. Can I download that file elswhere?

Please re-confirm whether you had tried running Adobe Cleaner tool ?

Windows :
