Why does Creative Cloud keep trying to install to Drive C?

I have selected my F drive from the preferences for BOTH the installation and the file storage. But none of the apps will install to my 3 terabyte F drive because there's not enough room on C drive (it's a solid state with just enough room for Windows -- I don't install anything to C).

My CS5 Master Collection worked just fine this way. I wouldn't have spent the money on this but my school is using CS6 Adobe Premiere Pro and Audition for our documentaries. I only had CS4 Adobe Premiere in my CS5 (not sure what the deal was with that) and it had Soundbooth instead of Audition.
