why does Extension Manager CC not list my apps?

I have Adobe Creative Cloud CC 2015 with all apps installed. However Extension Manager CC only lists Flash CC 2015, Illustrator CC 2015, InCopy CC 2015, InDesign CC 2015, and Others which is empty. I have Photoshop which had extensions installed as well as Dreamweaver CC which I am trying to instal an extension into but constantly get error message saying the extension i am attempting to load requires DW 6 or later. I have Dreamweaver 6 and CC installed, but Extension Manager does not list any of these other apps. Have had issues with EM before, finally got them sorted in old version and now with CC 2015 updates it has stopped working for unlisted apps or listing installed apps.
