Why does it still say cancelling?  I had to uninstall.  I want to reinstall>

Please specify where exactly do you see "Cancelling" so that we can assist you appropriately.

I am having the same issue. I was trying to install Acrobat Pro CC but it wasn't working so I cancelled it and completely uninstalled Creative Cloud. Now, I have reinstalled Creative Cloud and still need to download Acrobat Pro CC, but it still says cancelling where it would otherwise show the percentage it had downloaded or where it says open when it is complete. Please help !
