Question

Why does my Creative Cloud Desktop app keep failing?

At least once a week for the past three months CC desktop says it must run some sort of repair program, and as soon as it does, it uninstalls, leaving me no access to my libraries in my other apps (which otherwise work fine). It also CONSTANTLY signs me out when it is working. I'm pretty sure this all started about the time I upgraded to Mojave, so there may be a connection, but I'm also having trouble with slow internet, so this has been very hard to diagnose. Anyway, if anyone has any suggestion, or has had the same problems, I'd love to hear how you're dealing with it.

best,

wendy

I've got the same issue. Creative Cloud Desktop will not open. Uninstalled it, re installed it and still the same.

Some help would be appreciated to get it running.

Boot your computer up in Safe Mode then try it.

I have 10 installs (different situations, different systems) and it does not do that.

I do not doubt that you have big trouble, but I doubt that the software is really responsible for that. May be it is time for a clean OS install.

Well I am on the latest OS Mojave. How do I re-install the software that is active with the same software? I wish I could go back to High Sierra tbh, didn't have these problems with that OS....

I've tried everything here except the Creative Cloud cleaner tool (which I wasn't aware of). The instructions seem a little vague, but I'll give it a bash and see what happens. Thanks for the advice.
