Why does my laptop stop at 15% installation of CS6 for Windows

I have been trying to download CS6 for Windows for 2 days now. It stops at 15%, doesn't freeze (the time remaining keeps going) and will not go any further.

How are you actually downloading CS6? Is it from adobe.com or using creative cloud website? What sort of internet connection do you have?

If you are connected through WIFI, try to download it using a wired connection.

Also, try downloading the same using a different browser.

Atach the error screenshot for further help.

I am downloading from the disc. I bought it at Staples. I have Wi-Fi and have tried from my home and from the college I attend.
