Why does Photoshop tell me I only have 2 days left on my trial?

Why does Photoshop tell me I only have 2 days left on my trial and asks me to sign in and register it? I bought CS5 Extended last year and just upgraded to CS6. Now today it says I only have 1 day left on my trial. I submitted the serial number three times and the product shows up under My Adobe as a registered product. I'm running Windows 7 and using the 64 bit version of PS.
