Why does nobody respond to questions in chat, and I end up here instead?

    For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat option...
    Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.

    Thanks for the response, Ned, but it seems like the problem is not connecting...its having someone respond on the other end.  Is no one on the 24 hour chat function?!
