Why doesn't the DownloadPackage.exe file start the installer when run as admin?

Why doesn't the DownloadPackage.exe file start the installer when run as admin?

I've gone through the whole process - get redemption code, get product code, get my serial #, download the product. And now the downloaded file doesn't run ??  What's going on?

    Hi Blevy,

    Their are a ton of reasons why a installation can go wrong. Just to give you some hints. Please try to run the installer on a new user account. Check if the download was completed. General steps: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html
