Why hasn’t adobe took my money for my monthly plan?

So I was just wondering why the auto pay system hasn’t took the money from my credit card for it’s montly renewal ? Is that normal or can anyone help me out ?

I See you have an Adobe account under the same account as with forums. The payment for the month of Oct has been deducted from your account today itself.

Hey I got the same problem here

I have checked my statement but theres no deductions visible but I got the invoice on site

contact adobe support to reconcile payment/billing problems.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
