Why have Adobe products faultered?

I have been using Adobe products since 1996.

The products used to be world class.

Why are my installations of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver so buggy these days?  They are slow and they crash often.

To make things worse, Support is awful.  The agents are cocky and trite and come from a place that the user is always the issue.

I have let them remote into my system about 6 times through the years of using CC and every time I am left more upset with Adobe and I NEVER get resolution.

Your products used to be bullet proof and your support used to be outstanding.

I dream of the day when I can uninstall your applications and not look back!
