Why have I not received my product

this company has done nothing but give me trouble ever since I tried to call them to order this and I still have not received any email containing the product.  I did have to call them due to previous purchases and they have given me nothing but hassle. What do I have to do to receive the product even though I've already spent $230 for an annual subscription@

    They do not send you any product, you acquire it via download.

    Download/install the desktop application, sign in, install the subscription application(s).
