WHY IS ADOBE CUSTOMER CARE 'CHAT' ALWAYS SHUT?

I WAS ASKED TO CONTACT THEM BECAUSE I AM NOW A STUDENT AGAIN AND NEED TO ACTIVATE CHEAPER PLAN. I GUESS THIS IS A WAY TO STOP PEOPLE CLAIMING THIS BENEFIT. I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO BE ON HOLD 20M AT WORK!!!! HOW MUCH DO WE PAY FOR THIS SERVICE AND CHAT IS NEVER OPEN!!!!

Chat does work - Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it continues to fail try using a different browser.

When you write all caps, your message will be more difficult to read. This could also be considered as shouting.

As of what I know, there was a temporary problem with chat. I do not know, however, if that has been solved for now.
