Why is creative cloud not available in Pakis_tan?

Although there are authorized resellers in Pakis_tan, I guess, they only sell to teams and not individual. Pakis_tan is a growing market with the ever-increasing technological turnaround and a huge population base to offer significant potential. There are lots of digital content creators in Pakis_tan and there is a great demand for Adobe Creative Cloud. Now that it's on cloud and it's subscription-based, why would you not offer it directly to individuals in the Pakis_tani market? As an aspiring digital content creator, I fail to understand why Pakis_tan is left out of this and why are Pakis_tani customers being treated differently? I know you have your business model and business imperatives but it would help if you could explain the reason why this is so?

these are user-to-user forums.in addition, adobe staff are unlikely to know the reasons for adobe business decisions and adobe executives that might know why some business decisions are made are unlikely to make that public by telling you. any information that adobe wants to make public can be found using a google search.
