why is it taking so long for adobe to help me activate my photoshop?

I bought adobe photoshop elements 13 from amazon. When I went to activate it the number I need is missing. I guess the sticker on the back of the box was removed. So I contact adobe by chat and get an impatient support person who doesn't wait for me to send the receipt by an attachment....took all of a few minutes to do.....and opens a case. According to the email I received I now have to wait for adobe to respond. That was2 days ago and still waiting. Sorry I bought the program.

you can install now and start using your 30 day trial while waiting.

also, it's a holiday week at adobe and while support only had 1 day off, there may still be a longer than usual delay in getting help. that said, i'd use chat again to get this resolved sooner than later.
