why is it taking so long to download ? it has been going for 2 hrs and only at 9%

I have been downloaded for 1 hrs at least and its still at only 9%

ok, im using chrome, cookies are on and im logged in. It is at 91% now for like the last 30 minutes. I guess ill just be patient.
