Why is it taking so long to get my serial number

I have been waiting 10 days to receive a serial number for the CS6 design standard student edition. I've sent all the info including my proof with picture name and date, but it seems my case has been forgoten. Fair enough my student ID is in japanese, but so is the product I bought including the reciept. I am also registered in an APAC account, so I think all is in order. I just don't see why it is taking so long.
