I have been trying to order CS6 Master collection student edition since the 13th September 2012, since then I have made at least 10 attempts and each time the same response -

Thank you for contacting Adobe.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process your order. The bank that issued your credit card has declined payment; we apologize for the inconvenience.

If you wish to place a new order with a different credit card, please go to store1.adobe.com/cfusion/store/html/index.cfm?event=displayEduConditions&store=OLS-EDU&nr=1.

If you would like to use the same credit card, please contact your bank to verify that there will be no further problems with payment before placing your new order. Adobe accepts Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

For any questions, please contact our Customer Service Department: http://www.adobe.com/uk/aboutadobe/contact.html

I have spoken to the bank on 5 occasions to confirm that any restrictions on the card have been removed on the 13th Sept 2012, several purchases (online as well as instore) have since been made my credit card without any problems.

I have even used the credit card which belongs to a family member and the same result.

I have had numerous telephone and live chat coverstaions and no real solution has been offered. I cannot keep following the same instructions to place an order and expect a different outcome if nothing has been changed by Adobe billing.

Please would someone help or advise

In addition to this I called to ask the account manager to look into this and they simply didnt have any real answer other than they will get it looked into and that I would receive a call back today.

    No call back.

I tried continuosly from 4pm to 5pm to ring customer services and did not get through once!!

PLEASE would somebody help me? Does anybody have details/email of a customer services manager to contact that might be able to do something to help me?
