Hello,

today my photographers plan expired without an interaction from my side.

Does this happen only to my account or is there someone else with this problem.

Thanks and beste regards,

Sebastian

i've only seen people complain about automatic re-renewal.  i've never seen anyone other than you mention automatic termination.

in any case, using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

Hi kglad,

thank you for your response on this. Sure, normally you are right. But this time the expiration was done after 2,5 years. Not at the end of a 1 year cycle and without any mail before. Very frustrating for me, because now I'm not able to work on my pictures.

I will contact the support team...

Best regards,

Sebastian
