why is there a problem with downloading after effects?

everytime I click free trial for after effects it keeps telling me there is some issue......its after effects only though

    That MAY be a false error that is hiding the actual problem... a 32bit computer

    You MUST have a 64bit computer and operating system... what is your computer?
