Why is this marked as correctly answered? It most certainly is not.
You can disable all of this in the CC app itself, as well as in the startup menu in task manager, and numerous processes still run on startup. There is no way to prevent these from running.
These are NOT NECESSARY PROCESSES if no Adobe/CC programs are even RUNNING.
There is NO REASON for these to run until you start up an Adobe app, and NO REASON they should not stop running once you've closed all Adobe apps.
This alone makes me want to uninstall. I only use Illustrator occasionally for fun.
