Why isn't this downloading when I click download?? Very irritated

Question

I purchased Photoshop and Lightroom on Friday with the 9.99 plan.mon. Well. I used it immediately and edited some pics. Went on yesterday and its not working and asking for a serial number. I can not locate one and wasn't emailed one after purchasing the set on Friday. I uninstalled Ps and am trying to reinstall it and I click download and it does nothing. Online you can see I am clicking it and it acts as if I am but DOES NOTHING!!!!

Oilgirl35 to reinstall Photoshop CC please see CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html. In addition it sounds like you may be facing activation difficulties if you were prompted for a serial number. Please see Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CC, CS6, CS5.5 - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html to allow your software to activate properly so that you are not prompted to enter a serial number.
