Why no CS6 on my PC?

I have CS6 as a box since last year, I upgraded to CC. Now I have a Problem with second installation on my PC. There is only CC in the list of programs. On my Mac there are both, CC and CS6. What is the reason for this? I thougt, it should be possible to download all Versions since CS6 from the Cloud.
