Why no global update for .indd 14?

Why are .indd updates in Australia months behind my colleague in Peru?

Shoudln't they all be released simultaneously?

Now he is asleep and my deadline will pass until I can get him to backtrack the file type.

Is there a contact at HQ to give me access to .indd 14.0? And yes the most recent update we can receive in this wee backwater is 13.01.

#facepalm - why doesnt software upgrade trigger the new OSX?

updating to Mojave now, hopefully thats why I cant update indd.

Were you running 10.11 (El Capitan) or earlier?

I'm in Australia (Melbourne) and I've been running InDesign v.14 on macOS Mojave since it was released.

Which operating system are you running? Version 14 requires Win 7 SP1 or Win 10 or macOS 10.12+.

Support for Windows 8 was dropped in InDesign v.14. So if you're running Win 8 you cannot upgrade beyond v.13.
