Why there isn't an universal keyboard command for CC Libraries?

Hi, folks! I hope somebody else has the same questions.

I wonder why Adobe hasn't created a simple shortcut for CC Libraries, it would be useful to navigate between PS, AI and ID.

Do you use a custom shortcut? Did you have issues to find the perfect combination?
