Why when I cancelled my membership was the money taken out of my bank account?

I had an e mail regarding my renewal of membership of your cloud . I decided I didn't want to renew so I followed the instructions and cancelled my membership but you took the money out of my account regardless. I am not happy and as usual there is no way to phone contact support as there is no number.....

My account 15xxx / fakt. 15xxx - my account is cancelled 2021, so please stop withdrawning from my bank nd yoyu have to pay  back 74 DKR (22.1.22).

Photography Plan 20 GB.
