Why won't Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium Instal on my new computer with Windows 10?

I bought Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium in 2010. My old computer with Windows 7 ran this fine. I just got a new computer with Windows 10. I tried installing the Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Premium from disc onto my new computer and I got the error:

AdobeColorCommonSetRGB

Error:

Error 1603. Fatal error during installation.

I tried closing all programs and my Norton but it still will not install any of the programs.

Why?

First, that software is old enough that it may not work at all with Windows 10... but

An idea that MAY work to install and/or run old programs in Windows 10
