Why won't creative cloud launch any more?

I downloaded  CC on to my windows 8 system, and it worked perfectly for the first few days, but now the program doesn't launch at all.

I can't access any of the apps, nor does the loading screen come onto my desktop.

    I've tried uninstalling creative cloud from my system in hopes of reinstalling, but my computer refuses to uninstall the program.

I've looked on all of the forums...and my issue doesn't seem to be a common one.

Can anyone help me??
