Why won't Download button work in new Creative Cloud account?

I started a new Creative Cloud account but the Download button does not work to download any App.  I would like a trial version of InDesign but nothing installs after I click Download.  Also could not install the Creative Cloud App for easier managment.  Thanks.

I followed the instructions and tried to download the CC App but was asked which application should be used to open it? I clicked on Acrobat but it could not read the install file.

Steve, it sounds like your browser may have dropped the file extension, which happens sometimes (esp. with IE)...

Rename to add an ".exe" at the end of the filename on Windows, or ".dmg" on Mac, and you should be good.

Could you please confirm from where you are trying to download the product ? And what is the error message that you are getting while trying to download the Creative Cloud App ?

Good morning Kartikay-

I’m trying to download from my CC account at: https://creative.adobe.com/ . Here are some screenshots of my process:

I click Allow on in the last window and then nothing happens.

I'm forgot to mention: I'm in Windows 7 using Windows Explorer.
