why won't my page open to download photoshop?

I am attempting to download photoshop (my first software ever dowloaded) and it continues to say that "safari cannot open the specified adress" this happens when i click download? (i have not yet downloaded creative cloud

Hi savvyhuff,

Please specify the version of photoshop you wish to download.

As far as the Photoshop CC is concerned, please download it from the following application:

Creative Cloud Help | Creative Cloud for desktop
