why you take money from my bank twice???

yestherday i did pay for one year £15.17 20/05/2019 at 22:24 UK Time!!!

and today you take another £15.17 21/05/2019 at 18:53 UK Time!!!

why????? i need that money back please from 21/05/2019.

becaz i did allready pay once for one year.... please i neeed aswer!!!!
