Vielen Dank für den Hinweis. Es hat funktioniert. Es bringt mich leider auch nicht viel weiter. Bei der nächsten Einblendung muß man die Seriennummer bestätigen lassen. Beim Antippen der Anforderung kommt keine Verbindung zustande. Es erscheint "der Server kann zu der Adresse keine Verbindung aufbauen".

Es gibt nun 3 Möglichkeiten:

1. entweder die Installation funktioniert nur wenn elements 2018 direkt von Adobe über das Internet

heruntergeladen wird

2. Mit MacOS Sierra geht das nicht (Problem Abwärtskompatibilität. Hatte ich schon einmal).

3. die Anmeldung funktioniert nicht, wenn man ein Iphone als Router benutzt. Wobei ich damit noch nie

Schwierigkeiten mit Internet-Adressen hatte.

Erstaunlich ist für mich, das bei Adobe das alles nicht bekannt ist. Ich hatte mit Adobe-Kundenservice ein über 1 Stunde dauerndes Gespräch zu diesem Thema.

Ich glaube, dass Passwort nachdem es fragt ist das Passwort fuer deinen PC Versuch es mal!
