No.  If you give away your Mac, you can't use CS6 on Windows unless you previously purchased a separate Windows version when it was still being sold. Creative Suite is now 10 years old, discontinued and unsupported.  Adobe stopped selling it years ago.

I was offered a move to another platform for $ 299.99 for part of the original suite. When I came out as a retiree, the price dropped to $ 199.99.
