Will install of new "Lghtrm & PS" combo app license over-write my licensed version of "PS Elements"

Hello and Good Morning Adobe Community Support,

 

I would like to know the following:

 

I want to buy Lightroom software for photography editing by subscription at $9.98 per month. One of the options is a software package that includes Lightroom and Photoshop . Currently, I am using Photoshop Elements and would like to keep it.

 

My question is: "Will a download of the aforementioned Lightroom/Photoshop software over-write my  Photoshop Elements software licensing? ...How and Why?

    CC might affect a Photoshop CS6 installation, but it won't affect a Photoshop Elements installation.

    yes, cc will take over your pse license (because it misbehaves).

     

    make sure you secure your pse serial number and installation file so you can reinstall and activate pse if, and when your subscription ends.

    Subscription programs are not supposed to do ANYTHING to serial number programs
