Will Lighroom work with Windows 7?

Question

Earlier replies a great help. Thinking of the 20GB Photography Plan @£9.98 Mo .However unless I'm misreading there are two versions of Lr listed and one is not compatible with my Win 7. Will only the compatible version download or will both attempt to download with a possible "crash"? Can I also assume that the version of Ps mentioned is a "full" version as I was directed to a £19.98 package when I let the system choose from my pattern of use?

nancy's correct: install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and you'll only be offered programs compatible with your os.

For the most part, Creative Cloud apps need Win7 or higher and Mac Sierra or higher. Some exceptions are LR CC - the cloud app, XD, Premier Pro and others.

Adobe Creative Cloud system requirements

If your OS cannot support the app, I don't think you have the option of installing it.
