will my plan cover ipad pro installation?

Hi all, I can't find an answer through my subscription plan: I have a plan that includes the following :

I plan to buy an iPad to use lightroom mainly, will I be able to download it and use it or an extra subscription will be needed? I have already installed it on my Huawei phone and tablet, but I can uninstall it from my Huawei tablet if necessary.
